Ways for you to earn back through
Automotive Recruitment!
We have several ways we are giving back to our clients:
both job seekers and businesses.
Job Seekers
1. The first is our referral scheme. This is open to everyone. If you recommend a candidate and/or business who are successful with filling a position via Automotive Recruitment we are offering a reward of £100. This is paid if still employed after three months.
2. The second is a successful placement reward to the candidate. Upon successfully passing your three month probationary period you will be sent an Amazon gift card for a value of £50 to pass on our congratulations and thanks. We will also send the business some goodies to share the celebrations!
Employers
1. The first way of us giving back is to reward businesses that return to us. While our rates will be very competitive, we will reduce them by a further £100 on future hires. This carries on up to a cap of £300, so for example:
Hire one - usual rate
Hire two - discounted by £100.
Hire three - discounted by £200.
Hire four - discounted by £300. All future hires continue with £300 deduction.
