4. Wouldn't I have more benefits using a more established recruitment agency?

1. We have a fixed smaller focus. While most recruitment agencies try to cover all bases, we are purely focused on the motor trade. We only take on clients (both employee and employer) that are within the motor trade.
2. The founders of Automotive Recruitment have many years experience within both the motor trade and recruitment. As you will all be aware, there is a lot to learn in this field! We understand the roles within the business, what companies will expect from their hires and understand the terminology involved.

Our rates are extremely competitive. This will help both the business with their overheads and may also help candidates, as their costs will be lower than typical market rates, so could increase the chances of being selected.

We will deliberately keep a smaller portfolio so that we can focus on you. We will be in regular contact and will reach out to both candidates and employers throughout the initial three months of employment. We will reply to all queries quickly.

We are here to help. Have some questions about the employer or role? Would you like us to review and give tips on your CV? We will gladly help where we can. We will also be in regular contact with businesses to help fill roles quickly.
We are local. If you'd rather have a face-to-face meeting then we are here for you. Our primary focus is the Lincolnshire and S. Yorkshire regions.
